Submission Forms & QR Codes

After clicking the button below, select "use template" on the Google Sheet. This will make a copy of the sheet and simultaneously create a Google Form on your account that you can use to collect student entries. Both files will then be available in your Google Drive. Be sure to press "Restore" when accessing the Google Form for the first time. Then, the Google Sheet will automatically fill with submission entry data from that Google Form. How easy is that?

You'll also need a QR code that is linked to your Google Form so that students can easily access it by scanning posters. Try this free QR code creator below!

02

Display Templates

Now that you're collecting entries, you'll need a way to jazz them up a little to be displayed. You can create your own if you're feeling ambitious or utilize our official Stall Studio Canva templates by clicking below to join our team. Navigate to projects, and then to the folder titled Stall Studio Templates.

Stall Door Folio Covers

Submissions are rolling in and you've got them looking fancy! Now all you need is a way to display them in bathroom stalls. We recommend these acrylic, stick-on folios from Amazon. They come in packs of 6 up to 30 and include 3M adhesive strips. They'll protect student's work and make switching out papers easy!

04

Stall Studio, Your Way!

All that's left is to determine how many submissions will be in a rotation and how often they will be rotated. We recommend structuring the number of submissions in a rotation by the number of bathroom stalls in each restroom and rotating every week or two. Of course, every institution will have a varied number of stalls and submissions per week, so finding a rotation amount and duration that works for your community is important.
